Currently she is spearheading a job creation programme as an Area Manager at Hand In Hand Zimbabwe in Gwanda District. She is a holder of a BA degree in Community Development from University of South Africa. At present pursuing a Master degree in Social Science in Gender and Policy studies with Great Zimbabwe University. She has a strong interest and passion for working with marginalized groups in addressing gender disparities. She has more than 10 years of extensive Non-Governmental Organisation experience in working with rural communities in the field of sustainable livelihoods, Agriculture, Enterprise Development, Health and Nutrition with World Vision and Organisation of Rural Associations for Progress (ORAP).
She is a Young African Leadership Initiatives (YALI) Southern Africa Regional Leadership Center Alumni who got exposed to the practical knowledge of the administrative, financial, and organizational aspects of non-profit organizations and civic society projects.
As a dedicated development specialist she continues to excel in reaching out to rural women and youths to take leading roles in alleviating poverty through economic empowerment initiatives and strategies.
